Strategy Session
Schedule your strategy session with Wayne Carr.
A first conversation with Wayne to understand your situation. Nothing is recommended and nothing is sold. We need to know what you are working with before either would be honest.

The practice
Wayne M. Carr
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Wayne M. Carr founded Hidden Gems Financial in 2015 to bring private-wealth thinking to people who are rarely offered it: families building their first real balance sheet, business owners with capital tied up in an operating company, and professionals who have accumulated assets without ever being shown how the pieces fit together.
His work centres on the strategies conventional planning tends to skip: how wealth is held, not just how it is invested; how liquidity is created without dismantling what you have built; and how assets pass to the next generation on purpose rather than by default.

What happens next
A clear process, with no obligation at any step.
You should know exactly what you are agreeing to before you agree to it. Here is how an engagement begins.
- 01
A conversation
We start by understanding your situation: what you own, what you are responsible for, what you are worried about, and what you want to be true in ten and thirty years. No documents required, and nothing is recommended in this conversation.
- 02
A review of what exists
We look at what you already have in place: coverage, retirement accounts, how assets are titled, beneficiary designations, and any estate documents. This step regularly finds gaps and contradictions that have gone unnoticed for years.
- 03
A strategy, explained
We present what we would do and why, including what each option costs, what it commits you to, and where it is the wrong fit. Where the work belongs with an attorney or CPA, we say so and coordinate with them.
- 04
Implementation and review
If you decide to proceed, we handle applications, underwriting and paperwork, and confirm everything is in force and correctly designated. From there the plan is reviewed on a schedule, and whenever your life changes materially.
Choose a time
Pick any slot that works for you. You will get a confirmation with everything you need, and there is nothing to prepare beforehand.
- We ask about your situation, not your budget
- No recommendation is made in this conversation
- If we are not the right fit, we will tell you
