Advisory Coordination

Integrated Advisory Coordination

Most people's financial lives are advised by several professionals who have never spoken to one another. The attorney drafts a trust nobody funds. The CPA optimises this year while the estate plan optimises the next generation. The adviser manages a portfolio without knowing what the trust requires. Nothing is wrong individually, and the plan still does not work. This pillar is the coordination layer.

Who this is for

Is this you?

  • People already working with an attorney, CPA or investment adviser who have never met one another
  • Families whose plan was assembled over years, one decision at a time, with no single view of the whole
  • Anyone who suspects their documents, accounts and beneficiary designations no longer agree

What this covers

The specifics, explained plainly.

What each thing is, how it actually works, and what to weigh before deciding.

01

Bringing your professionals onto one plan

One documented view of the plan, shared by everyone advising on it.

How it works

We assemble a single current picture: assets, titling, beneficiary designations, policies, entities and documents, and then work through it with the professionals you already use. The output is a shared reference each of them can act from, with the gaps and contradictions made explicit and assigned to whoever owns them.

What to weigh

Coordination requires your authorisation for professionals to share information, and each retains their own independent professional judgement and responsibility. We do not replace anyone or override their advice.

02

Gap and contradiction analysis

Finding the places where the documents say one thing and the accounts say another.

How it works

Common findings: a trust drafted but never funded, so it controls nothing. A beneficiary designation naming a former spouse and silently overriding the will. A buy-sell agreement with no funding mechanism behind it. Coverage sized for a life stage that ended a decade ago. A minor named directly as a beneficiary, which forces a court-supervised guardianship. Each of these is invisible until someone looks across all of the documents at once.

What to weigh

Findings are observations, not instructions. Anything with legal or tax consequences goes to your attorney or CPA for a decision. Our role is to make sure it is seen, not to decide it.

03

Ongoing review

A plan reflects the life you had when you built it. Both change.

How it works

We establish a review cadence and a trigger list: marriage, divorce, birth, death, a business sale, a property purchase, a move to another state, a material change in health or income. Each of these can invalidate part of a plan quietly. Reviewing on a schedule is how the plan stays true rather than becoming a document about a past version of your life.

What to weigh

Review frequency and scope depend on how complex your situation is and how quickly it changes. A plan that is reviewed only when something has already gone wrong is not being reviewed. Agree the cadence up front, and treat the trigger list as the real schedule.

Our approach

How we work on this.

  • 01

We work with your professionals, not around them

If you already have an attorney and a CPA you trust, keep them. Our value is in the connective tissue between them, which is where plans usually fail.

  • 02

    We stay inside our lane

We do not provide legal or tax advice, and we do not manage investment portfolios. We say clearly which questions belong to which professional.

  • 03

    One plan, written down

The deliverable is a single documented view everyone can work from, kept current, not a meeting that produces good intentions and no record.
